6. Mobile Phone Numbers and SMS

Providing a mobile phone number is optional. If you provide one, Flashback Fleet uses it only to:

  • Send one-time codes so you can sign in without a password
  • Verify that you own the number, including before issuing a new-customer credit
  • Send account notifications related to your account

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. If you opt out, we keep a record of that choice so that we continue to honor it. We retain that opt-out record even if you later delete your account, so that deleting and recreating an account does not silently restart messages you asked us to stop.
